Players are dealt cards with fragments of the names of Chinese dishes. And try to assemble menu items by playing those fragments in sensible orders into a ingredient tray.
Example: players play [ミソ] then [ラー] then [メン] to complete ミソラーメン (Miso Ramen).
Fragments played out of order are returned to the player. Last player with name-fragments still in hand is eliminated, and players play more rounds until a single player is left.
